Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at pickbuy.pk0@gmail.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, customized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item first, then place a new order.

EU Customers
Orders shipped to the EU can be returned within 14 days without reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
