Refund Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • If the item has been used, only 50% refund will be given (you can keep the product).

  • To start a return, contact: pickbuy.pk0@gmail.com (returns without approval won’t be accepted. 

            Damages/Issues:
            Report damaged, defective, or wrong items immediately.

            Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items & gift cards 
      Exchanges:
      Return the item first, then place a new order.

         Refunds:
         Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method
         (processing time may vary).
